Tahini and Date Syrup sweet dip (Dibis wa Rashi)
Empty Tahini in a bowl.
Empty Date Syrup in a second bowl. Using pita bread, dip in Date Syrup and then Tahini
Eat using pita bread wedges.
Some prefer to place the Tahini in a bowl and then pour the Date Syrup into the Tahini in a "swirl"
(2 portions Date Syrup, 3 portions Tahini).
