Ingredients

Flat Syrian or Pita Bread Sumac spice powder Ziyad Extra Virgin Olive Oil


6 loaves flat pita bread

 ¼ cup Zaatar 

 ¼ cup Ziyad Sumac

 3 tablespoons Ziyad Sesame Seeds

 ½ cup Sultan Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 Thyme

Directions

Zaatar Bread wedge

Mix zaatar, thyme, sumac, sesame seeds olive oil and spices spread over pita bread

toast 1 minute

You can also cut the pita bread into "pizza slices" or wedges and serve in smaller portions for eating convenience
