4 lbs diced lamb
1 lb spaghetti
2 cans diced tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
2 tblspns Sultan Extra Virgin olive oil
2 tblspns parsley, finely chopped
1 tblspn balsamic vinegar
2 tblspns tomato paste
1 tblspn basil, finely chopped
1 tblspn oregano, finely chopped
1 jarred whole pimiento, diced
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions


Saute the diced lamb in olive oil in a large skillet.

Baked spaghetti with lamb

Add diced onions and spices

Mix in diced tomatoes and add tomato paste for body

Preheat oven to 350

Place spaghetti in a pot of water and boil to consistency, not too soft

Drain the spaghetti and mix in the saute'd lamb mix.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Place mix in a large pan (2-3 inches high).

Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. 

Uncover and cook an additional 10-15 minutes

Serve hot
