Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinned chicken breasts

  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed or finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Sultan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

  • Marinate chicken sections (cubes) in a bowl of garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper. 
  • Let sit three hours or even overnight (refrigerated)
  • Skewer chicken pieces on grill. Cook no more than 12-16 minutes
  • Serve hot
