Mana'eesh is an Arab flat bread like dough with a delicious spread of zeit #oliveoil and #zaatar other toppings like cheese are also very common. #manaeesh are a delicious treat often made for breakfast but equally perfect for a snack or lunch. For the dough: Dough 1 c Warm water 2 tsp Dry instant yeast 1 tsp Sugar 3 c All-purpose flour 1 tsp Holland Nido Powdered Milk 1⁄4 c Sultan brand Olive Oil For the za’atar topping: 1/2 cup Sultan brand olive oil 1/2 cup #ziyadbrand Za’atar serve with #ziyadbrand #labna and #olives
