Baked Za’atar Pita Crisps

Ingredients
 2 pieces of split or whole, day old pita bread
 1 tsp coarse salt
 ½ cup Sultan brand Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 ¾ cup Ziyad brand Green Za’atar

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine salt, oil, and za’atar together.

Cut pita rounds into pie shaped pieces. Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture on top and place on baking sheet.

Bake about 10 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
