Liyye Compound Butter
Before getting started, let the butter sit out to soften and become room temperature for at least an hour. Room temperature butter is a lot easier to work with, and the ingredients will incorporate much better.
In a small bowl, add the softened buttery, a pack of Liyye seasoning and mix until it’s well combined.
After mixing, the butter will be soft and spreadable. It can be used immediately or stashed in the fridge to firm.
Store it in the refrigerator in a covered dish or ramekin, or spooned onto plastic wrap or parchment paper and rolled into a log.
Storage: Keep compound butter in the fridge for a week or it can be stored in the freezer for about three months.
Fry an egg
Top baked potatoes
Spread on corn
Top steamed vegetables for a great flavor
Top a piece of salmon or a grilled steak
