In a cast iron or a sauce pan heat the olive oil on medium high then add the onions, garlic and jalapeño.
Let it cook for 2 minutes then add the chopped lamb.
Add the spices, let it cook for 5-10 mins then add the tomato and let it simmer for 10 mins or until the tomato is soft and lamb is cooked.
Serving suggestions: You can eat it with hot pita bread or rice. Also with your favorite sides like pickled cucumber and olives.
