Preheat the oven to 375°F or grill. Pat fish dry with a paper towel, place on a greased and lined baking dish.
Brush fish with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, season with Ziyad Brand Samkeh Harra Spice Blend and rub to coat the inside and outside of the fish.
In a food processor or with a mortar and pestle, add the jalapeños, fresh cilantro and garlic and pulse until combined. Add a juice of one lemon and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix to combine, season with salt and black pepper.
Stuff the cavity of the fish with this herb mixture. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Serve with extra herbs and lemon wedges.
