 6 oz Ziyad Brand Syrian Cheese
 1 tbsp Chopped Ziyad Brand Pistachios
 Thyme
 Sultan Brand Olive Oil for drizzling

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Slice an opening into one side of the date and take the pit out. You are creating a pocket for fillings.

Add a wedge of cheese.

Drizzle with olive oil and/or sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes until the cheese softens and the dates are warmed through.
