Sweet and Savory Spiced Roasted Nuts

 2 cups raw Ziyad Brand nuts of choice mixture of almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios
 1 tbsp Sultan Brand olive oil
 1 tsp minced rosemary leaves
 1 tsp Ziyad Brand cinnamon
 ¼ tsp Ziyad Brand ginger
 ¼ tsp Ziyad Brand turmeric
 ¼ tsp Ziyad Brand cardamom
 2 tbsp Ziyad Brand honey
 A pinch of coarse salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F.


Toss all of the ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl and spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.


Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until toasted, tossing the nuts halfway through so they toast evenly.


Allow to cool completely before serving or storing.


Tip: Nuts will crisp up as they cool. Store in a glass tight container.
