1 bunch Parsley
1 bunch green onions
1/4 C Ziyad Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 C water
3/4 C Ziyad All Natural Tahini paste
1/2 C Lemon juice Fresh or dried mint leaves
2 cloves garlic
[You can also mix in 1 1/2 cups of yogurt]

Dice cuccumbers, tomatoes, garlic and green onions and mix together in bowl.
Stir in Ziyad All Natural Tahini paste, add 1/2 cup of lemon juice, 1/2 cup of warm water and 1/4 cup of olive oil.
Mix well Sprinkle with mint leaves and parsely, cover in olive oil.
Serve chilled in bowl
