Date & Tahini Smoothie
2 BananasMedium Ripe Bananas (you can use frozen)
¼ cup Ziyad Brand date paste or chopped pitted dates.Adjust the sweetness to your liking add more or less as you wish.
2 cups Milk of your choice
2 tbsp Unsweetened Coco Powder
¼ tbsp Ziyad Brand Ground Cardamom
4 Ice Cubes omit if you are using frozen bananas
1 pinch Salt
¼ cup Ziyad Brand Tahini

Blend your ingredients all together until smooth and creamy and well combined.
