Step 1: Preparations

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Lightly grease a baking dish with melted butter.

Break puff pastry into bite-size pieces.
Step 2: Bake the Pastry
- Spread puff pastry pieces on a baking tray and bake for 15–20 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
- Remove and cool slightly.
Step 3: Assemble the Base
- Lightly grease a baking dish with melted butter.
- Arrange baked pastry pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle raisins, pistachios, walnuts, almonds, and shredded coconut evenly over the pastry.
Step 4: Prepare the Milk Mixture

Mix the milk, with sugar and cinnamon, stirring until sugar dissolves.

Stir in orange blossom water.

Pour the milk mixture evenly over the pastry and nuts.

Spoon small dollops of Ziyad Ashta across the surface and spread.
Step 5: Bake

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until bubbling and lightly golden on top.
Step 6: Serve
- Serve hot or warm.
