Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground chicken thighs
  • 1 small onion
  • minced
  • ½ cup Parsley
  • finely chopped
  • 1.50 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sultan Brand Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Ziyad Brand Kefta Spice Mix

Directions

Step 1

Use a food processor to grind the chicken, onions, and parsley.

Step 2

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3

Bring the kabab mixture to room temperature. Add some oil to the palm of your hands, and make your preferred kabab shape and size. I made mine around 6 inches long.⁣

Step 4

Add a dash of olive oil to your grill pan. Sear the kababs on medium to high heat for 5-6 minutes on each side. Do not overcrowd or cover the pan.⁣

Step 5

Platter Assembly: Add a warm, toasted pita as the base. Add the kababs, some french fries, grilled onions and tomatoes, and don’t forget some Ziyad Brand Pickled Hot Peppers. Garnish with some fresh parsley.⁣

Step 6

Kababs are delicious served with Ziyad Brand Ready Hummus.
