Kefta Kabab
Use a food processor to grind the chicken, onions, and parsley.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Bring the kabab mixture to room temperature. Add some oil to the palm of your hands, and make your preferred kabab shape and size. I made mine around 6 inches long.
Add a dash of olive oil to your grill pan. Sear the kababs on medium to high heat for 5-6 minutes on each side. Do not overcrowd or cover the pan.
Platter Assembly: Add a warm, toasted pita as the base. Add the kababs, some french fries, grilled onions and tomatoes, and don’t forget some Ziyad Brand Pickled Hot Peppers. Garnish with some fresh parsley.
Kababs are delicious served with Ziyad Brand Ready Hummus.
