 1 lb ground lamb or beef 85/15
 1 medium onion, grated
 ½ cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
 1 tsp sea salt
 1.50 tsp ziyad kefta spice blend
 Sultan olive to grease the pan

In a large bowl, add your ground lamb, grated onion, parsley and kefta spice. Mix all together until combined.

Shape burgers into patties, Makes 4 1/4 pound burgers

Preheat your grill to medium high, brush the grates and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-well.

Serve in a bun or a lettuce wrap staked with lettuce, cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions and ziyad pickles.
