Watermelon Salad
3 tbsp sultan extra-virgin olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tbsp salt
½ tsp ziyad nigella seeds
4 cups diced seedless watermelon
3 oz Ziyad Brand akawi cheese, cut into cubes
1 cup fresh mint leaves

Whisk oil, lemon juice, and salt in a large bowl until well combined. Add watermelon and cubed cheese; toss to coat. Gently fold in the mint leaves, sprinkle with nigela seeds and serve cold.
