  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tbsp salt
  • ½ tsp ziyad nigella seeds
  • 4 cups diced seedless watermelon
  • 3 oz Ziyad Brand akawi cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves

Step 1

Whisk oil, lemon juice, and salt in a large bowl until well combined. Add watermelon and cubed cheese; toss to coat. Gently fold in the mint leaves, sprinkle with nigela seeds and serve cold.
