Labne, Labna, Labneh: What’s the Difference?
Though Turkish and Middle Eastern styles may have different spellings and pronunciations, both come from strained yogurt. But they differ in texture, flavor, and how they’re traditionally enjoyed!

Texture:
	•	Turkish Labneh: Smooth and creamy, similar to cream cheese.
	•	Middle Eastern Labna: Thicker and more strained, resembling soft cheese or Greek yogurt.

Flavor:
	•	Turkish Labneh: Milder and less tangy.
	•	Middle Eastern Labna: Tangier and more robust, thanks to extra straining.

Serving Style:
	•	Turkish Labne: Often in breakfast spreads, sometimes sweetened with honey.
	•	Middle Eastern Labna: A savory delight, drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with za’atar, and served with bread.

How do you pronounce Labna and what’s your favorite way to enjoy this creamy dip!
