Step 1 – Prepare the Vegetables
Finely dice the tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
Add the chopped parsley and mint.
Step 2 – Season the Salad
Drizzle the olive oil, salt and lemon juice over the vegetables.
Step 3 – Mix and Serve
Toss everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more lemon juice or salt as needed.
Step 4 – Serve Immediately
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy as a side dish with grilled meats, rice dishes, or as part of a mezze spread.
