A simple no-bake treat inspired by classic Middle Eastern flavors. Rich Ziyad Tahini, sweet grape molasses, and toasted sesame seeds come together in minutes for a nutritious snack that’s perfect straight from the freezer.
Directions
Step 1:
Line a small baking pan or container (approximately 8 x 8 inches) with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Step 2:
In a bowl, combine the Ziyad Tahini, Ziyad Grape Molasses, and toasted sesame seeds. Mix well until smooth and fully incorporated.
Step 3:
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
Step 4:
Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the top and gently press them into the surface.
Step 5:
Place in the freezer for 4 hours, or until firm.
Step 6:
Remove from the freezer and cut into squares.
Step 7:
Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Tip:
Try different Ziyad brand toppings such as pistachios, walnuts, almonds, coconut flakes, or a sprinkle of cinnamon for a delicious variation every time.
