  • 2 tbsp Sultan Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ziyad Shawarma Spice Blend
  • ¼ tsp salt

For the Tahini Dip:

  • ½ cup Ziyad Tahini
  • ¼ cup cold water (more as needed)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated
  • ½ tsp salt

For Serving:

  • Ziyad Brand Pickles
  • Ziyad Brand Spicy Peppers

Crispy, crunchy, and packed with shawarma flavor! These viral pasta chips get a Middle Eastern twist with Ziyad Shawarma Spice Blend, Sultan Olive Oil, and a creamy tahini dipping sauce. Serve alongside Ziyad Pickles or Spicy Peppers for the perfect bite.

Directions

Step 1:

Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and allow to cool slightly.

Step 2:

Toss the pasta with Sultan Olive Oil, Ziyad Shawarma Spice Blend, and salt until evenly coated.

Step 3: Air Fryer Method

Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Step 3: Oven Method

Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Step 4:

While the pasta chips cook, prepare the tahini dip. In a bowl, whisk together Ziyad Tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Gradually whisk in cold water until smooth and creamy.

Step 5:

Serve the warm, crispy pasta chips with the tahini dip alongside Ziyad Pickles and Spicy Peppers.

Tip:

For extra flavor, sprinkle the hot pasta chips with a little additional shawarma seasoning right after cooking.
