Ziyad Dry Molokhiya
Dry molokhia, also known as Egyptian spinach, is a leafy green and a nutrition powerhouse. It dates all the way back to the ancient pharaohs. Its texture is slightly slippery, similar to okra. In the Middle East, Molokhiya is enjoyed in a dip called bissara or in a stew that is eaten with chicken, fish, or rabbit.
