Vimto typically contains a blend of fruit juices, including grapes, raspberries, and blackcurrants, along with various spices. It has a unique taste that many people enjoy, especially when served chilled over ice. Vimto hibiscus with fresh berries and lime is a delicious combo topped with sparkling water.
Instructions
To Make the Hibiscus Tea
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the water to a boil.

- Strain the tea to remove the flowers, then let the mixture cool completely.
To Make the Mocktails

- Top with lime sparkling water.
- Garnish with fresh blackberries, sliced strawberries, and mint sprigs, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
