Maftoul
Ziyad brand offers two kinds of maftoul: moghrabieh style, as well as baladi maftoul. Both can be used in a Lebanese dish called Moghrabieh and a Palestinian dish called Maftoul, which consists of chicken, onions, and chickpeas.
