Pomegranate Molasses
Pomegranate molasses is made from pomegranate cooked to a very thick consistency. It’ss not used as a sweetener but as a condiment, and it is an important ingredient in Middle Eastern cooking. In Arabic it is called dibs rumaan or rub rumaan.
